Cardio Combo

Loose Weight, Feel Great!!! Cardio uses martial arts movements for a total body work out !This class is for ages 14 & Up.
Strength & Stretch
The movements in this class are choreographed to all types of music. Strength & Stretch incorporates weights, exertubes, and stability balls, plus your body's own resistance for an effective strength workout. This class is for ages 12 & Up and all fitness levels.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an internal martial art that was created thousands of years ago in China. It is based off of Qigong which has origins dating back to the Shaolin Temple. Tai Chi promotes good health and longevity. This class is for ages 12 & Up and all fitness levels.
Yoga
     Vinyasa
     YogaFit-inspired, mixed level, flow Yoga class.
      Based on the ancient fitness science of Hatha Yoga,
     the class blends balance, strength, flexibility and
     breath in a fitness format.

     Hatha Yoga
     This is a slow paced stetching class which utilizes
     breathing exercises and seated meditation.
     This is a good lace to learn basic poses, relaxtion
     techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.
