YogaFit-inspired, mixed level, Flow Yoga class. Based on the ancient fitness science of Hatha Yoga, the class blends balance, strength, flexibility and breath in a fitness format. The Vinyasa style reduces the risk of injury and augments recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and tension. By incorporating principles of non-competition, non-judgment and non-expectation, participants are invited to cultivate a mentality of acceptance for one’s own body – honoring limitations and finding ease within the body, while improving fitness levels.

Hatha Yoga

This is a slow paced stetching class which utilizes breathing exercises and seated meditation. This is a good lace to learn basic poses, relaxtion techniques, and become comfortable with yoga. Wonderful for stress reduction and movement!
